Really think about that sentence for a bit. I mean, really...think about it. Think about the grammar and the logic of it, or lack thereof.

What, are we supposed to be believe in the existence of policies that are unintentional? Maybe the author meant to express the idea that the outcome of the policies was intentional?

This would be akin to stating, "confidential documents suggest the football team's plays were intentional."

Well...duh...

And I read the article...twice...It doesn't even say what the documents are or what was in them. In fact, it only says that certain groups filed FOIA requests to get the documents, but haven't gotten them yet.

This society is so stupid...
