I am glad to find out (hopefully accurate) that this is a punishment among men in the same unit. It was hard to watch wondering why it was occurring (I muted, its early). However a troop chooses to discipline it's "shitbags" is no concern of mine.
It's like if a bunch of niggers abducted Neeri to eat him, you'd have to go get him. But if Dangus drags him into the woods, that's different.
