They both have had issues in my experience but the males tended to have much more issues. Most male Hapa's I've met/dealt with had serious mental problems coupled with fucked up personal/family problems and usually had pretty bad drug/alcohol problem.
Female Hapa's tend to be rather vapid, promiscuous sexually, and usually pretty narcissistic.
