As a long haul trucker, I once picked up a load of rubber. Never hauled real rubber before. Got wher I was going and checked in while they unloaded it. Turns out, it was not plastic rubber like our car tires, but real rubber. It was to be turned into those large tires for a space shuttle. I was tickled at the thought back then. Back when I believed the shuttles really went into space.
