I've noticed that they always have a lot of public mental conditioning added to these stories. One of the public conditioning points this story is pushing is "Lockdowns". The first time it is mentioned the police had ASKED the public to "shelter in place". A little farther in the story it has changed to an "order" to "lockdown"! This is more about conditioning people that "lockdowns" are just a normal part of life. This is a humongous pile of horseshit. They want people to obey anything and everything that they tell people to do, without question. Screw That!
