Being down here in Toronto, as in any big city, is not conducive to a qutality life...a mob of ants live a more purposeful existence than "97%" of the people trapped here, and out of that 97% there's maybe 5% that aren't human filth.

First thing this morning, 06.00hrs, I'm setting up for a concrete pour and 2 buddies are swamping for me, we're the only guys on site that early, regular shift time commences at 07.00hrs. I get a call over my mic from an expediter in procurement informing me that we had to have everything set up in place by 08.30hrs which was the ETA for the 1st 2 concrete trucks. Everything's under control and nothing to worry about.

Not once did I give thought to the possibility of something fucking up because the process was as simple as stirring shit in a welfare line filled with niggers and spics. Buddies swamping for me are a bit vocal with their displeasure of the fact that the portable light plants weren't on site as requested last Friday, working blind, outside of the lights on my crane, is not the safest most efficient way to work but we prevailed. Upon taking inventory of the required tools and implements buddy discovers that the concrete vibrator wasn't delivered as per request to the procurement dept...another fuck up, what could possibly fuck up now?

08.30hrs comes and we're waiting for one of my swampers to return with the vibrator after being told to drive to the company yard 30miles away, it's imperative that when the concrete arrives that it doesn't sit too long...or else it's fucked. It's 09.00hrs and the swamper isn't back yet...and neither is the concrete there...a call comes in across my mic telling me to not get anxious because there's no mud before 11.00hrs, another 2 hrs away. AGAIN, PROCUREMENT FUCKED UP.

Guess who the new hires are in procurement? 1 is a shitskin with greasy hair and piss poor English, the other is a clueless White broad just out of college, between the 2 of them, they managed to fuck up expedited supplies for 5 other projects.

The crew is now laughing at management, and getting paid to stand around. Buddy says to me that PROCUREMENT needs to be overhaul, I told buddy that it's not possible to clean the dept. because these projects that this company has (1.5 billion dollars worth) are government funded and in order to comply with new "ESG" policies as stipulated by government today, companies have to employ a "visible" percentage of useless worthless, good for fuck all diverse hires...it's mandatory. He had no clue about what I was telling him, SO, I explained it this way..."Jason, this is how socialism works, 1st off socialism doesn't work, it's a slow painless fail at 1st, until you try to reverse course, socialism is like a long shanked fishhook with thin barbs up to the eye...it goes in easy but try reversing it without ripping flesh"
