While sometimes it's important to focus on the trees, at other times it's even more important to focus on the overall forest you find yourself in. On that note, if you wanted to remove an entire population from the planet, you would start by...

...removing their fighting age males, and ideally you would do that as covertly as you could, in such a way that the rest of that population didn't notice. That way, when it's time to move on to the entire population, when people start screaming for all the good young men to save them, there simply aren't any.

-estrogen mimickers in the food and water supply

-schools enforcing "all men are evil" policies from the earliest days.

-education policies that promote the success of girls over boys from K-University.

-hiring policies that promote the success women over men.

-general society wide policies that make it damn near, if not outright, illegal for men to effectively pursue women in the first place.

-a dating culture that, frankly, doesn't even exist at this point.

-a divorce culture that effectively removes men from families.

-a media landscape that doesn't address any of this, and when it does, treats it as if the problem is the young men themselves.

-a social media landscape that outright bans those young men from openly and publicly discussing any of this.

etc...etc...

I have every reason to believe that if one were to analyze the statistics regarding suicides, overdoses, and incarcerations of men currently between the ages of 20-40...it's going to paint a much more horrific picture than anyone is even contemplating right now.

And the worst part, the most tragic part, is that, as far as I can tell, the rest of society, including older men, haven't noticed, until, I think, about now. And that's the real kicker...

Because, society can realize all of this now, but whatever masculine young men happen to have survived all of that are going to sit there and go, "Really? Now...?"

Now, its just not in my DNA to be the kind of guy who only points out a demoralizing situation, but doesn't offer any sort of solution, but the horrifying thoroughness of what I just described defies any simple solution, at least to my mind.

Or maybe there is one...

I don't know the specifics of how this needs to be corrected, but I do know where it needs to start, and that is with the rest of society realizing, and publicly admitting, that everything I said above is absolutely the truth. Short of that, I don't see any successful way forward.

And no, we aren't going back to the way things used to be for the past 100 years, because that led to this situation. We need a new way. Humanity needs to genuinely evolve.

What's your purpose in life if not to carry on your genetic material?

It's to be the best version of yourself you can be. If a post-menopausal woman lost all of her children, she would not necessarily be purposeless. It's a complicated subject.
