Well for one the bombs only carried a few kilograms of uranium or plutonium. Compare that to a RBMK which contains 1700 tons of radioactively contaminated control rods in addition to its fissile material which easily surpasses that of the bombs and the fact that it burned for what? Weeks with the reactor exposed to the open air? The scale of the radioactive material outputs aren't even comparable at that point.
