I read it. Sounds like terrorism. He shot at transformers and propane tanks. That's that GTA mindset. He wanted to spread his pain around and he did not seem to care who it got on very much. He targeted his enemies, but did not harm them. You win, idkwtf to think about him, but if he had 425k, I feel like he could have just gone on living.
If you have even 100k, you have options. If you have 10k, you have options. I'm inclined to believe he wanted this on some level.
I don't want to defame a hero of people who have so few, but I must concur.
