Gross but also I did a poo 2 days before I had my first that was a similar circumference to my babies head and the experience/feeling was very similar, only of course it was a little softer and a lot quicker (only about an hour) so not quite as bad but it definitely prepared me. But no idea why you'd want to do that just for the experience and not to get a real live baby.
