Went back after only a few years, and now there's pride flags everywhere, trannies, and crap. The town itself is still small, quaint and very White, but where did these decrepid asshats come from?
Rip the flags down. Give spray cans to teenagers to put No Fags on city hall. Get everyone in town and the next three towns over to call the woman responsible at her house and hound her for it.
Here is a key. Woman do everything for social standing. They are physically weak, and so social standing is the only tool they have to maintain safety. Even if that weren't the case now (it still is), its been evolutionary programmed in. If you make her feel hated and broadly disliked she won't do it. She only is going along with the thing because going along with the current thing is trendy, and it makes her feel like a leader having made the current thing happen in her town. She doesn't actually care about homosexuals. You have to remember that those rainbow flags are just some woman's leadership buzz. Take the buzz out of it and the flags don't go up.
