This cop was a hot head but cops are trained to fire upon a purposefully encroaching vehicle for their own safety. The thinking is he could have swerved and they would have been lunchmeat under his tires.
The fact that the kid got himself killed with a gun pointed right at him and still chose to drive goes to show the kid wanted death. The fact that he was even in thar position in the first place goes to show they edited out the prior engagement. Why? It probably proves he already aimed to use his car as a battering ram. Why else would they edit out the context. Video just starts with cops screaming at him to stop the car and a gun is already drawn. Think about it.
