That gif they used is fake as fuck. They embossed it to make it look menacing. You can see it clearly in the final frames of the animation. Probably why they only showed a quick animation of it. They did a horrible job. At the end they even lowered the brightness of the entire gif to hide that the back of the animation is going crazy. The ocean is flapping like a flag and you can see in the last frame how the ocean water behind the cloud is now higher than the cloud.
