Correct, but the corrupt will not win in the end. It's just interesting to see the lines of authority in their schemes and how many are so unaware of top influencing going on and choose to fight over the scraps left on the side of the road.
Got to pick a side, when both sides are so heavily corrupted. It's just a sports team in the end for most.
