Specifically they prohibit Christianity, but if one wishes to follow christ than that is as much them being true to themselves as anything else. Also, banning racism in the name of individuality is retarded, it says that people can't have their own preferences or their own thoughts for a sake of the ideology that should be cool with it.
How does individualism even work? People form collectives out of individuals as a natural human instinct. Individualism is self refuting as an ideology.
