I highly doubt men are "too insecure" to date a female surgeon. It's more likely that 1. 95% of men are now poorer than her, so now she doesn't see them, and 2. she fucking ancient now and men aren't attracted to her, which, to the typical female mind, has to be translated into being the fault of men, and not her.
