Scriabin writes too many notes. Kristina Miller plays all of them very clearly, not forgetting to make the quiet, slow ones achingly beautiful.

Oh! That is how it is meant to go, Scriabin composed it just right :-)

I never cared much for Scriabin, which is why I never listened to much of his work, but I'm glad you posted this as a refresher for me. Yes, it tends to use some "difficult" harmony, but overall it's quite lyrical. Listening to it I reminded me very much of Chopin, which I found was one of his influences. All that aside, I enjoyed the piece, so thanks.
