Looking at some anti Christian responded- To clarify my point in posting this is not that Christianity believes in drinking the blood of human beings but that it's incredible evidence that this custom came up from Judaism it's incredible evidence that Judaism itself promoted this at the time and probably still does. What Christianity does is ends that practice by providing the wine and the bread. And of course while many religious Christians believe that the wine is actually transmuted into the blood of God via the priest's prayer before the communion service it's actually not blood obviously.
Just to clarify this is not criticizing Christians this is pointing out that it's very good evidence that Jews practiced drinking the blood of humans because Christians created the substitute for that practice by drinking wine and eating bread.
