Look at how it gets really bright for a second, that’s because the friction varies in intensity as it skips off, or enters the atmosphere. Same shit we saw during the chelyabinsk meteor event back in 2013 or whatever, and the same shit you’ll during any significant fireball meteor event (I’ve seen 3 in my life that closely resembled the vid you shared, one that turned bright green for a little less than a second…very cool to witness).
