They're speaking Russian. So either Russian or Ukrainian. Ukrainian unlikely, since they're fighting age men and would not be allowed to leave. Also, it's kind of unfashionable to speak Russian if you know Ukrainian these days. Definitely not Turks, in any case.
White people do get tans, don't you know? Most of us can get darker than the average Turk if we spend enough time in the sun.
