If I could tell anyone how to fight, this guy gets a lot right. Fucking move your head! Practice that. Don't let it be a stationary target. It's very hard for the average person to hit someone that just does that. Change levels, hold your head high then low. Feint to get them to react, then hit them. Aim for the midsection, then the head. Once this guy closed distance and grabbed the nigger (most can't wrestle), he wasted a lot of energy picking him up when he could have just stepped behind his legs(he actually was already there--just fall back and twist) and let his own weight and leg trip take him down. Also, you can lift them by grabbing them between the legs with your hands locked. Don't give those things up if you have them unless you can take their back and rear naked choke them. Anyhow...just a few tips.
