Like most research papers say, it needs special formulation. Plain Quercetin just doesn't cut it. You're better off with Quinine but finding that in a high enough dose is tricky. This naturally makes EGCG the best choice for an OTC Zinc ionophore because it doesn't have these limitations and is easy to get.
