If non-Whites pondered these diversity quotas, they'd realize that the pandering stems from the (accurate) perception that they lack the ability to compete with Whites. They should feel insulted, but most are content with playing a pawn in the game against Whites, save for some like this one which create a nice conundrum for anti-Whites.
