Does it matter? It's not like they're going to pay it back anyway. Don't they remember what happened the last time they did this shit? The real estate bubble? The one that collapsed? Never lend money to people that you already know for a fact will be unable/unwilling to ever pay it back. "predatory lending practice" is just kikespeak for lending money to stupid niggers with the loan being guaranteed and backed up by taxpayers.
