I've seen much nicer looking prisons than that. You always hear about the token negro who got "out the hood" and I started thinking about that. No one in my family ever needed to get out of the hood because we didn't live in a hood going back as far as I know of. Why, because whites don't have hoods they have neighborhoods and they don't allow them to become hoods.
