Totalitarian Aussie state says he can't go on social media. He appealed and won. The article uses some weird wording, but it seems like a technicality rather than any actual win for freedom of speech.

... which require that for any interim order General Medical Council must ask itself “whether or not the respondent would probably succeed at any subsequent tribunal hearing”. ... The decision was wrong from a purely procedural perspective.
