I agree. I don't think very many people will be swayed by the defense. The prosecution isn't going to have to work too hard to show that it was a deception, and that the police actually spent so many man-hours on it was pretty unreal.
Too bad the jury can't convict all the filthy politicians that jumped on the nigger's story and vilified White people. Cuntmilla and Booker would be facing hard time if that were possible.
