To be clear they are not censoring "explicit content". They already do that.
Their revised rule means they intend to purge even the memory of a things existence regardless of if the conversation is fit for preschoolers or not.
This is treated as being "safe" and welcoming to all.
"Wikis about sex, fetishes, and other pornographic subjects are not permitted even if described in a non-explicit way.”
"Fandom continues to monitor its communities and if necessary, will remove wikis that do not align with our policies. For example: hentai, sex-games, fetish wikis and other strongly sex-based content do not meet this revised criteria."
However they likely intend to keep hosting such content. If they plan to stick to their nondiscrimination of every globohomo newspeak out there they must.
Of course things like the Fifty Shades Of Grey Wiki and the Sexuality Wiki have no warnings of imminent destruction. Far as I know its only the anime media for now. The information on anime games, shows, books, ect...
Even then their choices seem arbitrary because the ever suppressed Interspecies Reviewers looks untouched by this.

I would say yes were all of globohomo not the same. That includes advertising companies. Supposedly China is just Jews by proxy anyway.
