Like everything else, Trump massively failed on this. Biggest problem is something called COOL-country of origin labeling. Right now mega packers can raise the beef in Mexico or Brazil (you don't want to eat that meat) and then process it in the US. And it's labeled "made in america"! But that's allowed. If that changed its real country of origin, Mexico, you think consumers would still eat it?
