If the fallen Watchers who corrupted DNA last time (Noah had the last pureblooded Y chromosome to pass on it seems) and who were imprisoned for it 70 generations are the "Old Ones" (their children would be from Noah's time), they will be coming back for long enough to incite some kings to the east of the Holy Land to attack it, which will in due course begin the tribulation.
