An enlarged heart can be from years cocaine use. That's why just a line can kill a user after decades of use. Do you think he may have "dabbled" behind closed doors? I'm just thinking it takes more time than a year for that to happen.. Idkaybe steroids?? Long term low amounts?? That is possible too.. also it can be a normal thing living strong and healthy... I'm thinking more though it was the vax and not the healthy heart.
