I too think that ideas should stand on their own merits, the source is irrelevant.
Unfortunately there are people on this site who strongly disagree with that approach.
They refuse to address the claims or arguments, and instead focus on the people associated with them.
My issue with bezmenov is that he is basically just saying the same stuff you'd find in those anti communist comics that were being printed out at the time.
You know, the ones that explicitly tell you not to pay attention to race or ethnicity or other group differences, and used the jews as the example.
Also, it pretty much equated the communists to the nazis and made it clear that they considered the nazis to be really bad guys.
