As you know, Texas recently got an abortion law past the supreme court that allows anyone who isn't an absolute kikesucker to sue to the holy hell out of clinics that perform abortions past the six week cut-off date (no pun intended).

John Gibson, the president of Tripwire Interactive (the company that makes Killing Floor), tweeted out his support for the bill.

Proud of #USSupremeCourt affirming the Texas law banning abortion for babies with a heartbeat. As an entertainer I don’t get political often. Yet with so many vocal peers on the other side of this issue, I felt it was important to go on the record as a pro-life game developer.

Quality man. Of course, in "current year", a quality man who opposes abortion is a man in the crosshairs. This trigged an immediate response from not only incensed dangerhairs but industry devs who pander to them.

Gears of War and God of War devs Cliff Bleszinski and Cory Balrog condemned Gibon's tweet along with Tom Banner Studios; the makers of Chivalry 2.

Shipwright Studios, who've worked with Tripwire for three years, cancelled their contracts.

The usual suspects crawled out of the woodwork to review bomb Tripwire's games, but they were immediately countered by positive reviews. The war continued into the discussion pages and it doesn't look like it's dying down any time soon.

Praise be to based devs who stand up for themselves and the weakest among us.

Or as RetardedRat69 put it in his positive review:

anti semitic developer

UPDATE

Well, that didn't take long! Looks like Gibson is stepping down as CEO of Tripwire Interactive over his comments. Judging from the wording of the announcement tweet, Gibson appears to have been forced from his position.

Naturally the pro-murder crowd cheered this announcement.

It seemed odd a pro-life CEO existed for a company that supported Burn, Loot & Murder, but I guess all the pieces fit now.

The archive links have been updated as well.

UPDATE 2

And it just keeps getting better! Now that Tripwire has cracked down on their former un-woke CEO, the fans are incensed. Negative reviews are piling on as the company has managed to piss off both camps simultaneously.

Well done! That's damn impressive, in its own way.
