I knew a guy from Uganda who did this from the United States. Since he was Black, he got financial assistance from the companies that he got the used clothes from. For example, Target have him net 2 years payment terms. So basically he got the clothes for free, then could pocket the money and file bankruptcy before he needed to pay them. Nice work if you can get it.
