I like these lists, but as soon as they post one false thing, they sort of make it, "Oh, well, if THAT was wrong, what ELSE is wrong?"
NSDP Germany was NOT the first country to pass Conservation laws around Nature. The USA created Yellowstone Park under Grant. TR used the "Antiquities Act" to assign it to a national monument - Devil's Tower in Wyoming (Close Encounters mountain.)
