There isn't a whole lot of info online available about this. But the quick rundown is that Arizona has a huge pedo snuff ring connected to CPS, Mexican cartels, Hell's Angels, and the Rothschilds. They kidnap mainly young girls for snuff films. These rumors have been around since at least the 90's.
