Wouldn't a viable solution be lowering the age of consent and marriage, and let men lead women into being responsible mothers early on, thus strengthening familial values and returning birth rates to replacement levels? Early marriage and a strong sense of virtue has served humanity well across all developing civilizations, no matter the epoch. There's no need to be repulsed now simply because (((feminism))) has shifted the Overton window.
