It's shows 'grainy figures, at adistance believed to be niglet and austin - that then go out of the view (when the actual stabbing happens) with other people then running around incl niglet who comes back into veiw, stumbles and falls as he's running down the bleachers before getting back up again and continues running away.
Apparently, It's because of a National wide School policy of protecting minors that are on school surveillance footage that trumps public access to and dissemination of them appearing on footage under FOIA claims - unless the school itself publicly releases it and thta is what the school district is using to deny public requests.
Some investigative reporter chick did the run down it and claims to have also seen it.
