No doubt they will immediately find some leftist judge to tell Trump he can't do it and it'll be very interesting to see what Trump does then because at that point he will be completely and utterly surrendering the power of the presidency to the judicial branch
And he's already done that way too much and constitutionally set the power of the presidency back way way too much by even listening to these judges rulings on his actions when they do not have superiority over the executive branch.
