Best and worst diet items for weight loss?

Particularly for when you’re already pretty low “body fat” and good regular workouts don’t seem to be working or working fast enough. Ie chicken tends to be good. Sugar bad. Salmon good? Beef bad for weight loss but good for muscle gain? Thanks!

It's real simple.. I was never over weight bad.. my worst was 6 foot 2 210 pounds...

This was not obese easy to lose weight optimum weight for me is around 185 to 190 I'm pretty strong good mucle mass..

I went from 210 to 180 in 6 weeks lost to much weight.

1. Stop drinking if you drink
2. Lift weights and walk or jog<<< I hate jogging
3. Eat one meal a day and make it mainly carnivore or paleo... the ingredients should be what the fuck you are eating with salt and pepper or what ever spices.
4. Don't get mad at your self if you go off diet and spiral just get back on it I had plenty of slip ups... if ya do slip up go walk or jog no big deal.

I think the key for me was one meal... u get used to it won't even be hungry till night ti.e.. the key u almost can't eat to many calories if you only eat one meal if anything I had to start eating more to put mucle on my goal is 190 and benching over 3 plates again.

Currently I'm doing 3 sets of 255 7 or 8 times a set de0ending on the day I'm only lifting 2 times a week now because I read 3 times is to much lift hard 2 times and gwt more rest... steady gains so far.
