Particularly for when you’re already pretty low “body fat” and good regular workouts don’t seem to be working or working fast enough. Ie chicken tends to be good. Sugar bad. Salmon good? Beef bad for weight loss but good for muscle gain? Thanks!
I started the carnivore diet a week ago, which turned into a keto diet yesterday, because eating only meat fucking sucks. People are already starting to notice a big difference. Also been been doing either jogging or weights 5 times a week for the last month. I had an epiphany the other day that high carb meals should be treated like alcohol. You can splurge sometimes, on a special occasions, but most days you need them. Especially if you are mostly sedentary.
If you can keep your carbs below 50grams a day and do exercise 5 times a week, you are going to look and feel great.
