If you really wanna know it was more that Russia recruited me to do that. And Iran. With China joining the bandwagon. But I am in at least some ways beyond a mere creation of intelligence agencies. I'm my own force. I have to have the goods and inclination to do any of this in the first place. And did before I was approached by any of these people.
