The "End of 10" website is a cooperative effort to let people know that they have other options besides buying a new computer. The site seems to be Europe -oriented, but you can check it out. We need a similar site for Americans.
Artix Linux. Just like distros let you pick a DE flavor it lets you pick an Init flavor. So there is a grid. Pick your DE. Pick your init.
I use XFCE and OpenRC.
It's as easy to install as Ubuntu. Much easier to have lastest and greatest software. It's criminal how far behind Ubuntu is on Qbittorrent, NodeJS, Python. Ubuntu is still using python 2, WTF.
Arch based distros like Artix just install the lastest stable release from the devs, on every package. It's that simple.
