I gotta tell you guys
I was struggling after a few hard days at the gym. Everything sore. Tired.
And then I fried some chicken liver.
And as soon as I took my first bite it was ecstasy. Instantly my fatigue went away. Next day my muscle aches were gone. Incredible food. If you're not eating it you're probably gay. $1.9 per LB at Winco.

With colitis I’ve found scallops are the biggest super food. Dunno if that carries over to working out.
I know for getting protein without getting fat chicken in general is one of the best.
