I watched the video, even though I rarely watch videos people post here, because this is a particular interest of mine. There have been cultures of global navigation over the last hundreds of thousands of years, which rise and fall with the ice age cycles. According to ice core records and presented statistically in the Milankovitch cycles, due to the Earth's tilt and wobble and elliptical orbit around the sun, among other things, ice ages occur about every 100,000 years.

Ancient cities can be found submerged off the coast of most port cities, particularly in India. During the end of the last ice age, the sea level began to rise, forcing coastal populations to move inland. This is a fact, not speculation. This is also the likely explanation for the Japanese "steps" off Japan, the Yonaguni Monument, and in the Caribbean the Bimini Road, among other sea floor features.

This whole thing about "neanderthal man" and other alleged prehuman species of man is just bollocks, though. Modern man is largely indistinguishable from ancient man. The only variations are a result of natural variations that occur over time among populations.
