One of the posts nougat deleted before he got de-hammered involved one of the glownigger memes I was exposed to at Discussions in 2022. It featured a magician in a black robe with a wand standing over a bunch of armed Orcs with the caption 'Why the hate for necromancers? Can't a guy start a FAMILY?'
Theurgy (/ˈθiːɜːrdʒi/; from the Greek θεουργία theourgía), also known as divine magic, is one of two major branches of the magical arts,[1] the other being practical magic or thaumaturgy.[2][3] Theurgy describes the ritual practices associated with the invocation or evocation of the presence of one or more deities, especially with the goal of achieving henosis (uniting with the divine) and perfecting oneself.
Necromancy is a specific type of magic, the most advanced form, sometimes called sorcery in the Middle Ages, having to do with summoning demons or spirits. It's sometimes used to describe black magic as a whole but other classifications see it as a third pole which includes white and black magic. For my purposes in my current project it is associated with henosis, or unity with the divine, which is apparently what has transpired. Basically US intelligence sees me as a kind of Sauron. He was called 'the necromancer' in The Hobbit. Necromancy is theurgic magic.
I won't claim any grand study or in depth knowledge though. I had no history with magic whatsoever prior to 2022 in being told all this. I did cast a spell though. Completely by accident. And I know how I did it...
