Here I was thinking you were objecting to the "high IQ brings you back out of secular humanism and into spirituality again" part of the oberservation at the top of this thread, when it was actually "low IQ believers believe in a book verbatim without any of the philosophical reasoning which would lead them to similar conclusions" aspect which offended you.
