Are there any "detoxing" methods that actually show evidence of working?

Asking here because jewgle search only provides mainstream "authoritative" sources and fake and gay "debunking" sites.

Are there any detox methods that actually demonstrate some level of efficacy? Whether its for vaccines, parasites, or whatever else?

In a word: No. Dextoxing is a pipe dream and often a scam.

Having said that if I'd taken the vaxx then I'd try something like The McCullough Protocol. But mostly out of desperation, because as far as I know there haven't been any studies that actually prove it's effectiveness.

Certainly there are protocols that have been effective for certain conditions, for example parasites. But I wouldn't call that "detoxing". These are treatments for specific ailments.

You already have a organ that does detoxing, namely the liver. Your best strategy is to take care of it. Sugar, processed foods, and alcohol all take their toll so if you really want to detox then start with your shitty diet.

Dr. Robert Lustig's book "Metabolical" is a great resource here.
