Not even Charles Whitman. Just go Gary Plauche. We already know that a jury will almost certainly sympathize with the grieving father. Gary Plauche didn't do any time, and his son wasn't even murdered.

They should put their faith in the jury. The court system will try to ruin him if he acted, but a jury with like 8 White people and a few browns will absolutely sympathize with him.
