Interesting, I always heard there were tunnels under Washington and the capital, I wonder if this leads to those bigger tunnels if they actually exist, does anyone know?
Beneath the capital is a small prison cell for people who show contempt for Congress and refuse to testify. Congress has the ability to jail anyone who refuses to testify before them. Or who they catch lying. This is a little known fact but it's been used before. People today don't really want to penalize the people who do the Kabuki theater in front of them and don't answer their questions because it's all theater but if they actually wanted the truth and they actually wanted to force these people to tell Congress the stuff that they were up to and they'd use that jail cell again.
